This website is owned, operated, and provided by Sunz Living Mgmt Sdn Bhd (Company No. 201901014793 (1324121-D) (“we”, “us” or “our”). This page (together with the documents referred to on it) sets out the terms and conditions (“these Terms”) on which you may make use of our website. Please read these Terms carefully before using this website and/or our services. By using our services or browsing our website, you are agreeing to be legally bound by all these Terms. These Terms may be changed from time to time without prior notice. You may not use this website or any material contain therein for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not this website or our services.
Accommodation Reservation
1.1 All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration.
1.2 We reserve the right to change information and descriptions of listed accommodation.
1.3 You will receive a written confirmation of confirmed Accommodation booking by email.
1.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in exceptional cases and will notify you of the refusal or cancellation by email.
Check in & Check out
2.1 Guest(s) must comply with our rules for checking-in and checking-out.
- Check-in Time:3pm
- Check-out Time: 12pm
2.2 We have the right to make you leave the Accommodation or impose a fine if guest(s) stay past check-out time.
Payment and Deposit
3.1 In order to make a booking you must be over 18 years old and have the full legal capacity to make the transaction.
3.2 A full payment is required at the time of making the booking.
3.3 (RM 200.00 – 350.00) will be collected upon arrival at our reception desk as security deposit. You can expect a full refund of the deposit during the day of check out on the conditions that:
- There is no damage to the Accommodation.
- There is no undue disturbance to other guests of the Accommodation or the adjacent units.
- There is no illegal activities, particularly use of drugs, happened in and around the Accommodation.
- There is no breach of any house rules or booking terms.
If the costs or damages done exceeds the amount of deposit, we reserve the right to claim for such additional costs or damages.
Cancelation and Refund
4.1 To cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible by phone (010-394 8628) or email to info@sunzlivingm.com, stating your booking reference number.
4.2 Unless otherwise stated on the booking page / Accommodation information, we will provide full refund if booking cancelled before 14 days prior to first day of stay.
4.3 No refund if the booking cancelled less than 14 days prior to first day of stay.
Liability
5.1 We do not responsible for any loss or damage to your goods or personal belongings kept in the Accommodation.
5.2 You are responsible for taking all-reasonable care of the Accommodation and the items and appliances therein.
